The Summer Jamboree is the largest international music festival of culture, concerts, exhibitions and music of the forties and fifties.
The event, which takes place every year since 2000, is conceived and organized by the cultural association Summer Jamboree and is promoted with the support of the Municipality of Senigallia.
The festival, with free admission, is held in summer, for a week, usually starting from the last weekend of July. The event involves the entire city: bars, clubs and symbolic places.
During the seven days of the festival, many swing concerts, DJ sets, rock and roll, jive, doo-wop and western swing are held, with dance lessons given by experienced teachers; many musicians from abroad, established artists and new promises also participate.
The last edition registered more than 400,000 admissions, making the festival enter the Guinness Book of Records for what concerns our country.
For lovers of modern art, an infinite number of stands will be able to satisfy every need: juke boxes, vinyl records, guitars, vintage lingerie and everything related to the culture of those years.
Food also plays an important role during the course of the event, in fact the Cajun cuisine is the host together with all those typical flavors of the border between the United States and Mexico.
